Valentine, a family-run business, celebrates its 70th Anniversary in 2022. On May 10, the factory based in Romanel-sur-Morges opened its doors for a guided tour crowned by the tasting of two famous ultra gourmet dishes cooked in the Valentine fryer: fries and malakoffs. GastroJournal was there, as was Chef Philippe Ligron, a fervent fan of the Swiss brand.
